Victim in Woonsocket hit-and-run dies, suspect still at large

WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — The Woonsocket Police Department said the victim in a hit-and-run that took place on July 1 has died.

31-year-old Michael Lefebvre died at Rhode Island Hospital from injuries sustained from a fleeing vehicle.

Andrew Michael Martin is accused of intentionally hitting Lefebvre with his car.

There is an arrest warrant out for Martin for charges including assault to commit murder.
