Providence firefighters work to extinguish fire at encampment

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Providence firefighters are working to extinguish a fire on Gano Street.

According to officials, the fire started from after a propane tank at an encampment.

The fire was reported on the street in the area of the woods around 5 a.m.

There were no injuries reported.
