Crash in Foxborough after police chase

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (WLNE) — Massachusetts State Police said a crash occurred in Foxborough after a police pursuit early Sunday morning.

A trooper attempted to stop a vehicle on Route 95 around 2 a.m.

The car exited onto Route 140 towards Mansfield and the trooper ended the pursuit.

State police said the car appeared to have later crashed and the driver suffered injuries. The incident is still under investigation.
