Employee pinned between truck and loading dock in Pawtucket
PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — An employee became pinned between a truck and loading dock at New England Novelties in Pawtucket Thursday morning, according to Pawtucket police.
The incident occurred at approximately 9:30 a.m. when the employee inadvertently did not put the truck in park after backing it to the loading dock.
The worker then walked behind the truck and became pinned when the vehicle rolled backwards.
He was transported to an area hospital for injuries and OSHA was notified of the incident.
