Rhode Island DCYF discloses death of 18-year-old
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) disclosed the death of an 18-year-old Friday.
The incident occurred on July 17 and the youth was involved with DCYF at the time of the incident.
