Unsettled Weather Days Ahead

Humidity has dialed up today and now we are in prime position to generate pop up showers and thunderstorms. Starting tonight through Thursday occasional impulses of energy will set off scattered showers and the possibility of thunderstorms. While no severe weather is expected, we could see areas of locally heavy rainfall in ant storms. The first of these times will be overnight tonight. Tuesday starts with patchy fog and high humidity. By afternoon, temperatures will be near 80 and will feel hotter with the humidity and there will be another chance of showers or a thunderstorm starting Tuesday afternoon. The chance of showers and thunderstorms stays through Thursday and the humidity will be oppressive. Friday will be the day the humidity breaks and the sunshine holds control through the weekend with highs in the lower-80s.
