UPDATE: Four displaced after fire in New Bedford

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — Four individuals were displaced after an early morning fire in New Bedford. 

According to a Facebook post, New Bedford firefighters responded to 74 Dewolf Street for a structure fire in a two-story one-family residence at 1 a.m.

Fire crews were able to quickly extinguish the fire.

There were no reported injuries.

The fire was found to be accidental.

At this time, The American Red Cross is assisting two adults and two children.
