Mansfield Police looking for a Mental Health Clinician

MANSFIELD, Mass. (WLNE) — The Mansfield Police announced they are hiring a Mental Health Clinician.

The clinician will work with the Officers on calls for individuals showing signs of mental distress, as well as calls involving substance abuse according to the job description.

The police said they hope this hiring will bring a higher level of service to the community by addressing mental health, and avoiding hospitalizations or incarcerations when possible.
