Showery and Steamy Days Ahead

Tonight we are entering an unsettled stretch of weather thanks to a coastal storm. Expect rain that may be heavy at times and the chance of isolated thunderstorms. We will have the chance of localized flooding overnight mainly in the southern areas of Southern New England. Monday will be cloudy, muggy and cooler with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. The coastal storm will swirl over New England through midweek with the chance of an isolated shower/ thunderstorm as humidity climbs to oppressive levels. Temperatures will be in the 80s and once we get to Thursday, we will be in the upper-80s. As of now, our next dry day looks to be Friday.
