Drop in gas prices continues in Rhode Island

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Despite the summer travel season and strong demand, gas price are still dropping in Rhode Island.

Rhode Island’s average gas price comes in at $3.41 per gallon this week, down four cents from last week.

This is two cents lower than last month and 24 cents lower than this time last year.

Rhode Island’s average gas price is nine cents lower than the national average.
