Police investigate crash in Somerset

SOMERSET, Mass. (WLNE) — Police are investigating after a serious crash at the Corner of Read Street and and Brayton Avenue yesterday in Somerset.

ABC 6 news crews saw an e-bike on the ground next to a large work truck.

Neighbors told ABC 6 that speeding can be a problem in the area.

“I don’t have children, I don’t have animals, so I don’t have to worry about them but I do have to worry about people because there are a lot of people that do walk the streets and use the sidewalk all the time,” resident Frank Wilhelm said.

“I don’t know we’re going to get people to slow down to observe the traffic signals,” he said.
