Massachusetts Ice Cream Trail highlights over 100 businesses across the state

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey launched the Massachusetts Ice Cream Trail to highlight ice cream destinations in the state.

The trail, which was developed by the Massachusetts Dairy Promotion Board, the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources, and the Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism, features more than 100 locations.

Ice cream shops featured from Bristol County include Bliss Restaurant in Attleboro and Flannel Cow Creamery in Mansfield.

“Massachusetts has a vibrant agricultural sector that thrives thanks to the hardworking farmers who diligently support our communities,” Healey said. “This new tourism trail is designed to invite residents and visitors to experience our creative dessert offerings at traditional parlors, innovative shops, and local farm stands.”
