New Bedford’s Dough Company announces closure

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — Owners of New Bedford’s Dough Company have announced the closure of their café.
“After four years of serving the New Bedford community and beyond, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors due to a combination of economic challenges and personal reasons,” they wrote in a statement on Facebook.
Dough Company is located in the Kilburn Mill at 127 W Rodney French Blvd.
The website of the business describes Dough Company as a place that “exudes warmth and welcomes guests with open arms.”
“With its cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and a menu bursting with mouthwatering dishes, it’s the perfect place to unwind and savor a delightful meal,” their website further states.
The menu included breakfast items, coffee, and more.
It is not clear when the café will be officially closing.
“We want to extend our deepest gratitude to each of you, including our staff, for your unwavering support. Your loyalty has meant the world to us, and we have cherished every moment spent serving you and every memory we have made together” they said.
