Car drives into Snake River in Taunton

TAUNTON, Mass. (WLNE) — Massachusetts State Police said a car drove off the road into Snake River in Taunton Wednesday morning.

Troopers responded to Route 495 North around 7 a.m. for reports of a car that veered off the road and into the water.

The driver of the car was transported to the hospital with “suspected minor injuries.”
