Tracking Debby to Southern New England
Our forecast for the remnants of Tropical Storm Debby is tracking the heaviest rainfall to our west. Timing has it here Friday and Saturday with some locally heavy rain but it looks like flooding is off the table- for now. Thursday starts with a cool morning and lows in the 50s. Through the day, expect a blend of sun and clouds with the slightest chance of a late day shower and highs near 75. Friday will have lots of clouds and the humidity will climb as tropical air enters the region. We will have a chance of showers and thunderstorms through Saturday. Saturday will be the heaviest of rain and it will still be very humid. Once the rain passes Saturday night, we welcome the most pleasant stretch of weather from Sunday through Wednesday of next week. Look for plenty of sunshine and highs near 80 with very comfortable humidity.
