12 arrested out of Fall River in connection with prostitution

FALL RIVER, M.A. (WLNE) – Police arrest 12 individuals on June 29, 2018 after multiple complaints of prostitution activity. 

An undercover operation took place to pinpoint the issue in the area, after police received complaints from businesses and residents.

Following the police operation, an undercover female officer was being solicited, and the arrests of 12 males were made between South Main St. and North Main St. 

The following individuals were all charged with Sexual Conduct for Pay/ Pay for Sexual Conduct:

James A. Luciano, age 48. 

Jonathan Sanchez, age 27. 

Leonard Zachery, age 27. 

Jose Freire, age 56. 

Marlon Abad, age 20. 

Carl W. Hyson, age 68. 

Zikret Hasan, age 69. 

Jose Sorto, age 22.

Eduardo Rodrigues-Ramos, age 28.

Eduardo Rodrigues, age 23.

George Ostapaw, age 43.

Ezequias Dos Santos, age 34.
