Crash on I-95 in Richmond slows morning traffic
RICHMOND, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island Department of Transportation reported a crash on I-95 Northbound at Exit 7 in Richmond this morning.
RIDOT cameras did show a car in the median tilted on its side for around an hour.
