Deputy Chief of Special Investigations arrested for child pornography and video voyeurism

NORTH SCITUATE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island State Police said that a member of the Department of Corrections was arrested for crimes against children on Tuesday.

Deputy Chief of Special Investigations Seth Crosby, of Cranston, was arrested for two counts of production or attempted production of child pornography and one count of video voyeurism.

RISP said the investigation began after detectives received information from three children about the 46-year-old.

Crosby is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.

The Department of Corrections did not comment on the investigation.
