Astronaut runs Falmouth Road Race from ISS

FALMOUTH, Mass. (WLNE) — American Astronaut Sunita Williams took part in the 52nd running of the Falmouth Road Race from the International Space Station.
Organizers said Williams was the starter for both the wheelchairs and the women’s elite runners.
The seven mile race has been run from Woods Hole to Falmouth Heights since 1973 to raise money for local charities.
