Biker taken to hospital with serious injuries after New Bedford crash

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — New Bedford Police said a biker has been taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a crash on Tuesday night.

Police said they responded around 9:30 p.m. to a crash where a vehicle rear-ended a motorcycle at a red light on Route 18 near Division Street.

The driver of the vehicle who rear-ended the motorcycle is in custody.
