Charlestown police respond to crash on Route 1 in Westerly

WESTERLY, R.I. (WLNE) — Charlestown police responded to a crash last night on Route 1 in the area of Shady Harbor.

According to officials, around 8:00 p.m., fire and police arrived on scene and confirmed a vehicle was off the road against the tree.

Police said there were no confirmed injuries to the occupant of the car.
