Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla to visit Rhode Island today

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Gov. Dan McKee will join Celtics Head Coach and Rhode Island native Joe Mazzulla at the State House today.

McKee said in a tweet Friday that Mazzula would be visiting the Ocean State and bringing the NBA Championship trophy with him.

Mazzulla’s family is from Johnston and the coach played for the Bishop Hendricken High School basketball team.
