Rhode Island State Police release dash cam footage of stolen Ferrari pursuit

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Rhode Island State Police have released dash cam footage of the pursuit of a Cranston home invasion suspect after an August incident involving the theft of a blue Ferrari Spider.

The incident occurred in the early morning hours of August 24 when two armed suspects entered a Crest Drive residence, fleeing the scene in the homeowner’s 2018 Ferrari Spider.

A multi-state effort led to the arrest of Johnathan Costa, 20, who was taken into custody in Florida with the vehicle on August 27.

The other suspect, Logan Slezak, 18, was arrested in North Providence.
