Police in Swansea investigating crash

SWANSEA, Mass. (WLNE) — Police investigated a crash in Swansea Thursday night.

The incident occurred on Locust Street and Oak Street when a car went over a guardrail, through a vinyl fence, and landed on its side in a back yard.

Police added that the car came to rest on the guywires holding up a telephone pole.

The driver was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.

ABC 6 News crews on scene saw a car on its side and multiple emergency vehicles.
