Man charged in deadly New Bedford stabbing to be arraigned

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — A Dartmouth man is scheduled to be arraigned in court today in connection to a deadly stabbing in New Bedford.

The Bristol County DA said 31-year-old Tyler Dow Baglini was charged with murder in connection to the death of 31-year-old Kerri Fidalgo.

He was taken into custody after police responded to Atlantic Street around 5 p.m. for reports of a stabbing on Saturday.

Baglini was held at Saint Luke’s Hospital for psychiatric evaluation.
