9 displaced after house fire in New Bedford

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — Firefighters responded to a fire at a house on Pleasant Street in New Bedford.

The fire started on the second floor.

Firefighters said that 9 people were displaced and one person was brought to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

ABC 6 News crews on scene saw fire damage on the front of the home.
