State Police seize over $80,000 worth of Cocaine

SCITUATE, R.I (WLNE) – Rhode Island State Police announced the seizure of more than $80,000 worth of cocaine during a traffic stop on Thursday.
Police say the stopped happened on Interstate 95 in East Greenwich at 11:50 p.m
The arrest occurred after troopers stopped a Jeep for speeding near Exit 7, and during the subsequent search of the vehicle, troopers seized two vacuum-sealed bags of cocaine worth an estimated $80,000.
The driver is identified as 40-year-old Victor Jose Felix of Haines City, Florida.
He was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of Greater Than One Kilogram of Cocaine, and Possession with Intent to Deliver, and ordered held without bail at the A-C-I after arraignment in Third Division District Court.
