Meat and poultry recall expanded for second time

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — BrucePac is expanding its October 9 recall of ready-to-eat meat and poultry products for the second time due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination, according to the Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH).

The recall is affecting 11,765,285 pounds of products that were produced from May 31 to October 8 and were shipped nationwide.

The products come with establishment numbers “51205 or P-51205” inside or under the USDA mark of inspection.
