Witch Parade and Festival comes to East Providence

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The New England Witches Guild held its 2024 Halloween Parade and Festival in Riverside on Saturday.

The event, which was held in East Providence for the first time, featured food trucks, vendors, and live music.

“Anytime you can bring an event like this to bring people together from all over the region to come into our community to celebrate and to support local businesses, that’s what we’re all about,” Mayor Bob DaSilva said.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Crescent Park Looff Carousel Restoration Fund.
