Prescription delivery now available nationwide via CVS Pharmacy

WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WLNE) – Convenience and pharmacy chain CVS Pharmacy announced Tuesday that the drugstore will now offer next-day delivery at all locations nation-wide.

Customers of the pharmacy that wish to have their prescriptions delivered to them can now order their medications to be delivered next-day at all 9,800 locations in the United States.

CVS Pharmacy is the first national drugstore chain to offer prescription delivery as quickly as next day.

In New York City, Boston, Miami, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Washington, DC, consumers can also opt for same-day delivery.

In addition to ordering prescription deliveries, CVS customers can add health and household items carried by the pharmacy. Additional products will be made available for delivery going forward.

Next-day delivery orders will incur a $4.99 service charge, and same-day delivery in eligible locations will incur a one-time $8.99 service charge.
