Early voting begins in Massachusetts

BOSTON, Mass. (WLNE) — With election day two weeks away, early voting has begun in Massachusetts.

As of 4 p.m. Monday, over 1.3 million vote-by-mail applications have been received in the state of Massachusetts, according to the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth Director of Communications Debra O’Malley.

The early voting period started on Saturday, October 19 and will end on Friday, November 1.

The deadline to register to vote is 10 days before the election, you must be over 18 and a U.S. citizen.
