Providence police establish a scene
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A large police presence has been established on Douglas Avenue in Providence.
ABC 6 News crew on scene reported seeing at least 11 police cruisers on the street and a police officer inside a residence.
A section of Douglas Ave and the surrounding streets are closed off to traffic.
