Police establish scene in Central Falls

CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WLNE) — Police have established a scene in Central Falls.

Officials told ABC6 news crews that they were conducting an active investigation on Rand Street.

Crime scene tape was also observed blocking off a section of a home.
