Flo’s Clam Shack in Middletown acquired by Heritage Restaurant Group

MIDDLETOWN, R.I. (WLNE) — A popular Rhode Island restaurant has been bought.

Flo’s Clam Shack in Middletown has been bought by Heritage Restaurant Group.

The restaurant shared the news on Facebook this morning.

According to their website, Heritage Restaurant Group also owns Brick Alley Pub & Restaurant, Wally’s Wieners, Cluck House, and La Forge Casino.

Flo’s originally opened in Middletown back in 1991.
