RIDOT marks return of Blackstone Valley Polar Express

WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — Rhode Island Department of Transportation Director Peter Alviti joined the Blackstone Valley Tourism Council for the inaugural ride of the 2024 Polar Express holiday train service.

The train departs from the Woonsocket Depot during weekends through the holiday season.
