Yu Shang Food Inc recalling 4,500 pounds of meat products
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Yu Shang Food, Inc has recalled more than 4,500 pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry products due to concern over possible listeria contamination, according to the Rhode Island Department of Health.
The affected products were produced from October 21 – October 24, 2024 and have “use by” dates of August 21 through August 27, 2025.
The establishment numbers of P-46684 or EST. M46684 can be found inside the USDA mark of inspection.
