Providence police responded to a car crash at Mt. Hope High School in Providence Tuesday evening (WLNE)

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Providence police responded to a car crash at Mt. Pleasant High School in Providence Tuesday evening.

Police told ABC 6 News Crew on scene that a driver attempted to avoid a squirrel, and caused the crash.

No life-threatening injuries were reported, according to police.
