Dog found tied to fence in Providence
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A dachshund, beagle mix was found tied to a fence in the early morning hours of November 24 in a parking lot in Providence, according to the Providence Animal Control.
The dog is named Eros and was with an unregistered chip.
The Providence Animal Control is asking anyone with information to call 401-243-6040.
