Car driven into house in Attleboro

ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WLNE) — A car crashed into a home on Commerce Way Thursday afternoon.

Police and fire responded to the home around 2 p.m.

The driver hit the garage.

The deputy fire chief on scene said it appears the driver had a medical emergency before the crash.

That driver was taken to the hospital to be checked out, but was not injured in the crash.

There were no other injuries reported. The fire chief said nobody was home when the crash happened.

The building inspector and an electrial inspector were called to check out the home and determined it was livable, according to the fire department.
