Winsor Hill School in Johnston closed due to heating problems

JOHNSTON, R.I. (WLNE) — Winsor Hill School in Johnston is closed Monday due to a heating problem.

The school sent out an alert through the Rhode Island Broadcasters Association.

According to the superintendent, a part on the heating system malfunctioned causing part of the building to be without heat.

The school did send out an employee to pick up a replacement part in Brockton, and it should be repaired today.
