Providence Animal Control Center ask for help to locate owner of cat found with broken leg
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Animal Control Center is asking the public’s help in locating the owner of a cat who was found on the side of the highway.
According to the Providence Animal Control Center, the male cat was found and picked up on the highway at the 6/10 junction with a broken leg.
