HealthSource RI extends call center hours through January 5th

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — HealthSource RI said it is extending its call center hours from Dec. 31 to Jan. 5 to support enrollment opportunities due to the RIBridges cyberattack.

HSRI’s new hours will accommodate those who need to enroll in a plan for Jan. 1st, make a payment, or receive information on the status of their account.

HSRI’s call center will be open:

  • Tuesday, Dec. 31: 8 a.m. tp 8 p.m.
  • Thursday Jan. 2: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Friday Jan. 3: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday Jan. 4: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sunday, Jan. 5: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

HealthSource RI will resume its normal open enrollment hours on Jan. 6.
