Temperatures Roller Coaster This Week!

Not such a bad start to a Monday, if I may say so myself! We have decreasing clouds and increasing sunshine this morning, as well as temperatures in the upper 20s and low 30s. This afternoon, high temperatures reach the low 40s– not only above freezing, but also above average for this time of year! Sunshine continues for a good part of the afternoon, but clouds increase in the early evening and we could see a quick-moving shower or two between about 5-9 PM. With temperatures dropping after sunset, don’t be shocked if we get a snowflake or two mixing with the rain. Nothing too exciting, just a bit of moisture that could make the roads wet and slick.

A cold front passes through overnight, and while this front does not have a lot of moisture accompanying it, it does have plenty of cold air behind it. High temperatures Tuesday-Thursday will only reach the low 30s. We could also see a quick flurry Tuesday and a mix of clouds and sun, while Wednesday and Thursday are dry and sunny.

Temperatures return to the upper 30s on Friday, and the 40s both Saturday and Sunday! That said, our next passing storm could throw a few more showers our way Saturday night and Sunday morning. Stay tuned for more throughout the week!
