Somerset Police arrest 3 after search warrant

SOMERSET, Mass. (WLNE) — The Somerset Police Department said it arrested three Fall River residents after a search warrant was executed on New Hampshire Avenue in the early morning of Jan. 17.

52-year-old William Cheetham was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, intimidation of a witness, breaking and entering, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, assault and battery on a household with a family member, and assault and battery of a pregnant female.

32-year-old Amarri Thompson was charged with trespassing and breaking and entering.

43-year-old Jeffrey Louis was charged with being a fugitive of justice. He also had two arrest warrants for drug possession out of Rhode Island.

During the search, police allegedly found “numerous drug paraphernalia and ammunition.”
