Up and down active weather week!
After a cold but very quiet week last week, things will be much less mundane for the final days of January… and possibly the start of February too.
Blustery conditions continue into Tuesday. We could see a flurry or two during the morning hours but it will be an otherwise mostly sunny and windy day with highs in the 30s.
Another clipper system approaches us tomorrow night, and we will likely see accumulating snow through very early Wednesday morning.
Right now, here is out forecast. This will fall between midnight and 8am, making for a slipper commute.
The sun will come out, but then we could see a brief rain or snow shower during the afternoon. Then, things will start to turn much colder and windier again.
Thursday will top out around 30°, but it will feel more like 15-20° with the wind. Things then turn warmer for Friday, but rain is likely.
Our busy trend continues beyond the weekend as we head into February.
