NORWICH, Conn. (WLNE) — A Rhode Island man faces OUI charges in Connecticut after troopers say he drove the wrong way on 395 south in Norwich.
The incident happened early Saturday morning.
State police say 22-year-old John Turo of Westerly was facing the wrong way in the shoulder when they got to him, and was slurring his speech.
