Frigid temperatures and wind chills return overnight
‘Twas a warm and windy day across the area. After a sunny start, a gusty cold front brought some rain and snow showers this afternoon.
Things are now starting to turn much colder. Even with slightly less wind, wind chills tomorrow morning will be between 0-5°!
Daytime highs will top out around 30°, but it will feel more like 15-20° with the wind.
A warmer day is in store for Friday, but so is rain. We expect an all-day rain, amounting to around a half inch. Highs will range from 40-45°.
It’s possible we could see a quick mix with snow as the precipitation moves out Friday night and colder air moves in.
The weekend looks mostly dry, with sunny skies Saturday and mostly cloudy skies Sunday.
