Somerset Police arrest man on burglary, drug trafficking charges

SOMERSET, Mass. (WLNE) — The Somerset Police Department said it arrested a Fall River man on burglary and drug trafficking charges.

Davonta Davis was charged with trafficking fentanyl, unarmed burglary, and vandalizing property.

Davis was accused of taking part in a burglary earlier in January, in which police gained an arrest warrant and apprehended him on Jan. 30.

The department allegedly found 100 grams of fentanyl on Davis’ person when he was arrested.
