Annual ‘Wear Red Day’ raises awareness of cardiovascular disease in women
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Friday is “Wear Red day” – as part of the American Heart Association’s “Go Red for Women Movement.”
National Wear Red Day falls on every first Friday of February, and hopes to raise awareness of how many women die annually due to cardiovascular disease.
