22-year-old Donald Hernandez and 30-year-old Shiloh Fernandes are charged with breaking and entering during daytime with the intent to commit a felony and unarmed burglary.
On Feb. 6, police responded to reports of an active break-in at an apartment on Tucker Street.
At the scene, officers allegedly discovered two masked men, Hernandez and Fernandes, inside the residence.
